Possibly they were temporarily removed as those were the ones where the NPCs didn't show up? I hope so, as I've been holding off on missions after my Deadspace one with no NPCs in. -- There is no SoonÖ

Might as well post my idea. Before we go on, I'll just clear the decks and reveal I have 5 slots of my own, which I found myself. I use all 5 full time for my own research and manufacture business and have never had to fill them with useless ME100...

Does this 0.1x speed restriction (and 0.25x on the Improved Cloak II) apply only to the base speed? i.e. can you still use ABs and MWDs while cloaked and have their top speeds reduced by 0.1x and 0.25x respectively? -- There is no SoonÖ
